Single-origin teas originating from a single estate or garden are the purest form of the craft. Each single-origin tea exhibits a distinctive flavour that is a window into the region and conditions that the plant has grown in and the tea's processing. They are deliberately not blended so that the teas individuality and authenticity can be preserved.
