Very disappointed. Ordered a set at the beginning of the month, while confirming my order I got a message that it would be dispatched within 5 working days. Paid extra for the fast delivery.
To this day, Royal Mail site says that they are waiting for the parcel to be delivered to them. Emailed the company a week ago and still no response.

We have taken a look into this for you and it looks as if the parcel was lost in transit and a replacement has been reshipped.
Our team have been out of the office between December 22nd and January 2nd for the festive season however we do hope that the resolution was dealt with promptly upon our return.
We do our best to get orders out to customers in record time however on the odd occasion, parcels do get lost in transit.
