What is borosilicate glass?

Borosilicate glass is made mainly of silica (70-80%) and boric oxide (7-13%), with smaller amounts of alkalis (sodium and potassium oxides) and aluminium oxide. Used in cookware and chemistry labs, it’s renowned for its resistance to thermal shock.

I break mine alot
happy I could get a replacement part and not buy the whole thing again. I was so annoyed when I dropped it. Love using it.

Replacement parts
This is such a good idea to supply replacement parts. I use the infuser mug as my every day mug and despite the best will in the world accidents happen and I need a replacement part. Great idea.
